Jerry Twomey has designed multiple medical, consumer, and commercial products. Medical devices include: wireless high power charging systems, multi-camera endoscopes, blood glucose monitors, insulin pumps, wireless-wearable EEG and EKG systems, cranial hypothermia systems, muscle-motion control devices, and others. Jerry is the founder of Effective Electrons, CTO of WiPow.org, a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a contributing editor for Electronic Design magazine. His experience in semiconductor design, analog signal processing, and mixed signal systems, is now being applied to cutting edge medical devices. He is especially interested in medical problems where new technology can be used to improve clinical care.
