Jennifer Maffre is Franchise Medical Affairs Manager for Johnson and Johnson, providing medical expertise and procedure guidance to R&D, Commercial Marketing, Regulatory and Quality, evaluating product risk-benefit profiles. She develops evidence generation plans with responsibilities for assessing physician/patient needs, product characterization testing, evidence generation strategies, and risk mediation. Jennifer joined Johnson & Johnson 2002, earning several patents. She served in J&J as intern within Consumer Products, then R&D to develop electromechanical devices for women’s health, urology, and wound care. She later moved to Biosense Webster as Senior Engineer for catheter design and patented sensor technology utilized in the company’s 3-D mapping system today. She then supported Biological Delivery Systems, training interventional cardiologists on her patented mapping system. Jennifer obtained dual BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering and an MS in Biomedical and Translational Sciences.
